The Dream Team
At The Dream Team, we understand that attainable housing is fundamental for career advancement and becoming a valuable, contributing community member. Our organization is dedicated to supporting individuals throughout their journey, from students to workforce and government housing.
As athletes, we learned the importance of teamwork and its impact on achieving our goals. This experience has carried over into our post-sporting careers, where we continue to rely on the support of our teammates and the communities in which we live to thrive. Team Dream recognizes the necessity of essential resources for everyone in pursuing academic and career success and overall personal growth.
Our organization, composed of professional athletes and entrepreneurs, is deeply passionate about promoting success and providing accessible services to all individuals. We firmly believe in the power of collaboration and interconnectedness, understanding that teamwork is essential in every aspect of life to accomplish our goals.
The Team Dream Foundation is operated by a board of directors with extensive experience in higher education, finance, poverty & inequality, entrepreneurship, and athletics. We understand the challenges of being from underserved communities, limited access to affordable housing, and the added pressures associated with performing in the classroom and as athletes on the field. We created the Team Dream Foundation to assist local government authorities, colleges, and universities with access to sustainable housing.
